Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. Say the work done in your home did not go as planned. The usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Arrivedvisiting Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or decide things on a provider's behalf.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Texas.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
